Today I had my second appointment after the success of my first visit.
Kia is so knowledgable and a very nice person.
After the first visit the pain in my knee reduced considerably enabling me to carry on working almost pain free.

I have probably known Emma for at least 20 years and she has kept me supple and agile such that at 70 years of age (me, not Emma!) I'm still water-skiing, wing-foiling, wake-foiling, plus a few other strenuous activities. With Emma you definitely know that you've had a massage because it's a proper deep-tissue sports massage and you feel so much more mobile afterwards. She is very focussed on resolving the symptoms, paying particular attention to finding the root cause, be it general tightness or a knotted muscle. You can place your trust in her without reservation.
